ASCO requires companies to prominently display the following disclaimer on all advertisements, marketing pieces, invitations, meeting materials, derivative products, etc. for any event in connection with the Annual Meeting: “Not an official event of the 2025 ASCO® Annual Meeting. Not sponsored, endorsed, or accredited by ASCO®, Association for Clinical Oncology, or Conquer Cancer®, the ASCO Foundation. [Where applicable: Not CME-accredited.]” The name of the event may be mentioned one time in each communication for identification purposes, in a reasonably-sized, neutral font.

Additional ASCO Annual Meeting Advertising Policies:
  • The plain text name of the ASCO meeting or symposium may be mentioned one (1) time only in each communication for identification purposes and should be referred to as “20xx ASCO® Annual Meeting”, “20xx [insert name of Symposium]” or any other official name for an individual meeting as decided by ASCO in all advertising. The use of ASCO logos is prohibited for this purpose.
  • Advertisers should use the full name of the meeting 20XX ASCO® Annual Meeting wherever possible. Use of “ASCO 20xx” and/or “ASCOXX” is rarely permitted and must be specifically approved in advance by ASCO, for each instance.
  • Use of ASCO related logos is prohibited unless part of “Exhibiting At” graphics provided to Exhibitors by ASCO in the Exhibitor Resource Center.
  • None of the ASCO Entity names may (1) be part of a title or heading on any materials, (2) be prominently featured or listed first in any materials, or (3) used in a way that suggests or implies the endorsement or sponsorship of an ASCO Entity in any way.
  • ASCO Trademarks, including the mark “ASCO”, may only be used in web URLs and links as slugs or subdirectories in this format - www.companyname.com/ascoXX.
  • Webpage titles, paid searches, Google Ads, mobile applications, or similar online functionality containing ASCO Trademarks are prohibited.
  • Use of ASCO in hashtags or other social media functions other than the official meeting hashtag may not be used in a way that violates the Policies for Exhibitors and Other Organizations at ASCO Meetings or otherwise detracts from the scientific nature of the applicable meeting.
  • Marketing can NOT include information regarding a session held by ASCO as part of the official meeting program, including date, time, location of, link to a session or poster session. Terms & Conditions
Only final mail piece sample must be sent to INFOCUS for ASCO approval. Please allow 3-5 business days for approval of final mail piece.
Customer shall indemnify InFocus and ASCO for violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations or for Customer's violation of these terms and conditions.
Use of the List shall be in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
Approved mailer shall not change, alter, or otherwise modify the approved sample mail piece without the consent & submission of a new piece.
20% commission to qualified list brokers.
Allow 2-5 business days to process order after list owner approval.
Reuse discount: $10/M off base price. Approval required.
Appending of phone numbers, fax numbers, or email addresses is strictly prohibited.
The universe noted on this datacard may or may not strictly coincide with the organization’s membership totals.
Lists must be used within 6 months of date of receipt.

Payment
Orders cancelled prior to the scheduled mail date/email transmission date are subject to a $100 cancellation fee plus applicable production charges.
Customer is responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees and court costs, if it becomes necessary to pursue any debt owed by customer.
Pre-payment required for first-time mailers.
Orders cancelled after the mail date are due in full.
